General Questions
  • Will I Receive Confirmation of my Booking?

    Confirmation will be sent to you asap after you have made your booking, this is usually by text message, Email or telephone call.

    For urgent bookings please call us on 0795 707 9999.

  • Am I Insured as a Passenger?

    Avatar Vehicles are Insured and all drivers are fully licensed.  You can rest assure that you are in safe hands whilst in a Avatar Vehicle.

  • Due You Provide Child Seats?

    Yes, upon request we will supply forward facing child seats and booster cushions for 

    ages 4 years to 12 years.

  • What Areas do you Cover?

    We cover Warrington and all surrounding areas including Runcorn, Widnes, Daresbury, Birchwood, Culcheth, Newton Le Willows & Lowton.

    For any other areas please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Airport Transfers
  • Do you Track My Flight?

    Avatar will track your return flight, so if there are any delays we will know in advance and make sure that we are always there waiting for you at the airport on time.

  • Do you Offer Meet & Greet?

    An Avatar driver will always be in the arrivals terminal ready to meet & greet you upon your arrival, taking the stress out of trying to locate your taxi.

  • Do I have to Pay for Parking Fees?

    No, Avatar cover all the airport parking fees which are included in your transfer price.
